We train our clients with personalized and evidence-based workouts, supervised by our experienced and friendly personal trainers. As we understand that we are often caught up in our busy lifestyles, we provide workouts that are safe, efficient, and effective, and designed to get results be it at the comfort of your home or in our premises. We will also be using personality profiling on athletes and client who wants to know more of themselves so as we can plan a better and sustainable programme for your needs.
Running Programme
There are three different plans available for you whether you are a Novice (Run/Walk), a Beginner (Finish Running), or an Experienced (Finish Faster) runner are. Our training plan provide you with all the information you need to successfully prepare for your first or next event.
The plans include a complete day-by-day set of instructions to take you from your current level of fitness to the appropriate goal for you. With optimal cross-training to help avoid injury and boost cardiovascular fitness for the big day, each plan helps you get fitter with a better heart rate advise on your nutrition intake and strengthening your muscle to run longer and stronger.

Runner Programme (Online)
When you purchase this programme, you will have access to over training programmes that have been specifically designed with runners in mind. You will be able to follow the workouts via video and printable training documents. The Online Training programme will include

· Nutrition advises
Senior Training Programmes
Our Senior Training Programme consists of Strength Training, Flexibility and Balance. We also have programme for Seniors who are suffering from Parkinson Diseases, Dementia and Rehabilitation.
Mental Wellness Programme
